These Husband and Wife daguerreotypes are a more recent addition to my collection. They came in an elaborate double thermoplastic case missing its hinges. Although the images have condition problems (mold spiders, scuffs), I think you will agree that they are of superior quality.

Both of the plates are marked with the stamp "NP=40" which indicates they were produced in France with an approximate date of 1849-1857.
